Classroom EXpectations
Attendance Students are expected to attend class every day. Students who are absent are responsible for getting and completing any missed assignments. Students can utilize online class information sources for missed work or can make an appointment before or after school to meet with the instructor if needed. Students are responsible for turning in the work and completing assessments by the required due dates.
Classroom Procedure Students will come to class prepared. This includes completing assignments and bringing all required materials. Being prepared also means that students are to be on time for class.
Assignments All assignments are expected to be turned in on time. Students will keep track of assignments turned in on an assignment sheet which must be turned in at the end of the unit to receive the points.
Group Work Students are encouraged to work with other students on assignments. This does not mean copying another student’s work. This means helping other students when they are stuck or working together to come to a conclusion.
Respect Treat other students and their property, myself, and school property with respect. Put-downs will not be tolerated.
